Katie Fisher currently serves as SVP Underwriting & Credit at the Housing Accelerator Fund, playing a key role in driving loan originations and crafting internal credit policies. Prior to joining HAF, Katie served as Director of Silicon Valley Bank’s California Debt Originations team, overseeing a $375MM/year debt origination goal. Previously, Katie worked directly on the real estate development side as a Project Manager for Satellite Affordable Housing Associates, a Berkeley-based nonprofit developer, and prior to that as a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank’s Community Lending & Investment team. Katie is an Oakland native received an MBA from Yale University and a BA from Middlebury College

A seasoned professional with over 14 years of interdisciplinary experience across architecture, urban planning, and real estate development, Atisha excels in land use and community development. Her recent focus on multi-family housing, including affordable options and mixed-use master plans, has contributed to over 500 housing units and community programs in urban in-fill sites within the last five years. Driven by a vision to integrate design, policy, and development expertise, Atisha founded Forward City Labs in 2020. She is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association, and SV@Home, participates in local committees and commissions, provides pro bono consulting, and is a member of the San Jose Chamber of Commerce and a CORO AHLN Fellow 2025.

Delvin Hall is the Founding Principal of Onyx Equity Partners, a real estate investment and advisory firm focused on building more inclusive, equitable communities through all forms of housing. Originally from Atlanta, Delvin brings a unique perspective as a Bay Area transplant, drawing from a cross-regional, holistic background in real estate development, brokerage, and community partnerships working for companies such as Bridge Hosuing, Skanska Commercial Development, and CBRE.
Onyx Equity Partners provides comprehensive real estate services spanning acquisitions, development, asset management, and strategic consulting for mission-driven organizations, public agencies, and private investors. Delvin’s work is rooted in the belief that equitable development must combine financial acumen with intentional design, long-term stewardship, and community impact.
Through his leadership, Onyx is working to preserve naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH), unlock opportunities for emerging developers, and champion mixed-income strategies that support economic mobility across California and beyond.
Delvin is an active member of ULI, participating in the 2nd Developer of Color Cohort, and voluneering with Urban Plan which is a program focusing on introducing urban planning to highschool students beyond. Delvin is also a CORO Affordable Housing Leadership Network fellow

Kelly is a real estate development expert, especially on mixed-use infill and transit-oriented projects in Silicon Valley. As an employee with many of California’s leading development firms, she gained decades of experience shepherding large-scale projects through planning, design, financing, programming, and construction. After the great recession, she founded her own company and now advises property owners, developers, public agencies and municipalities on growth strategies and public-private partnerships. In 2021, she purchased a development site in San Jose and is using legislative streamlining (including ADU condominium and SB9 legislation) to build new homes for working families in a walkable transit-dense neighborhood.
